Bug 4.0d beta 2: Pasted text from Hebrew interlinear messes up word order

When you paste text (e.g. into MS Word) from either the Lexham Hebrew-English Interlinear Bible, or the Parallel Aligned Hebrew-Aramaic, the word order switches to left to right.

    Mark,

I can reproduce this when I do a simple copy and paste. But if I do a Copy and Paste with "Just Text" it puts it in the correct word order. A simple copy and paste puts it in a table for me and puts each word in a separate cell - in the wrong order.

Using the Copy Bible Verses tool results in the correct order and no table function.

    Chris

I tested this in both Word 2003 and 2007 in Window 7, manually copying Gen 1:1-2 from the LHI and LXX/MT Parallel pasting into Word. The visible lines are pasted in RTL order (in a table).  I'm using 'Selection > Copy' from the context menu, but if I choose 'Reference > Copy Genesis 1:1-2', it still pastes in RTL order, although, only one line is pasted, as with Copy Bible Verses.  (CBV, in Beta 2, will only copy the surface text (in this case the Hebrew). This function in CBV is being reviewed by development.)

I wonder what we are doing differently?  What version of Windows and Word do you have?

I think what we're doing differently is that I'm copying/pasting one verse, and you're doing multiple verses. After testing, it's only single verses or parts of a verse that trigger the bug.

Figures that I would try it with two instead of one and miss it.   :o

    I'll report the bug. Thanks.
