Pronunciation tool, reading tool bugged

The pronouncing tool is bugged and don't work anymore, and the "CTRL-R" function goes super scroll mode on any book open and zooms to the bottom and does not read anything,

This is on a desktop app on windows 11.

    That is too bad this feature is not working for you @James Johnson. I have the same setup and just tested it myself and it seems to be working for me. Have you tried restarting the app?

    Restarting the app? … This has been going on for days now and I am using the desktop software.

    I have tried but I just hung up out of frustration because the person I spoke with wasn't understanding what I was saying, kept cutting me off mid sentence, and then was adding to the issue, things that were not part of the issue. Their English wasn't the best so it was probably a communication barrier, which is frustrating considering I have bad anger issues and hate speaking over the phone with people who do not know how to have a conversation.

    They did however mention that the Pronunciation tool was part of a data set, assumed I didn't have it even after I said I was a logos max subscriber. I just assumed this came with the Max version…. Also, the endless scrolling in the CTRL-R reading tool indicates to me this is a bug, maybe on my end. I am trying to avoid uninstalling and reinstalling my software as I have a big library.

    Ok so after 3 hours of trouble shooting with someone from lvl2 tech support, and the developers, we have yet to fix the issue. I just gave up, took the advice of the tech guy and just reformatted my computer loosing everything on it however, the issues have been fixed now and it works. :( So I went 2 weeks with the bug, then couldn't fix it, had to reformate the computer and now its working again… kinda upset about losing all my files, pictures and what not but I needed my logos to work so I had no choice.

    There are better alternatives as there is no need to lose files, pictures, and data from reformatting the drive. A complete reinstall of Logos would suffice, and that can be done without re-downloading your resources.
