BUG: Font inconsistencies throughout

There are font inconsistencies throughout Greg Lanier's new Apocryphal Prophets and Athenian Poets: Noncanonical Influences on the New Testament.

Look at the line spacing:

    This appears for me as well. The line-spacing is indeed a frustration, but even more so are the erratic font sizes (jumping 2-4 points in size for no apparent reason and back again).

    The table of contents in this book is also bizarre. There is no reason for Justin Martyr to be indented under Hermas or Polycarp to be indented under Clement.
