Got an email from FL saying I get 10 bucks off any purchase using the following code.
Went to get my purchase, inserted the Code and it only gave me 1 dollar off! What gives??

Just got off the phone from Support. All set now. Not sure what the issue was/is, butt it's all good.

You may want to block out the code on the checkout page
Not sure if it would matter as it didn't work for me or for Customer service.
Sometimes the best solution especially on cost is to pick up the phone. I have not always got a steep discount but the salespeople will work with you and you never get a rude or uncaring person.

Yes, I got that coupon too, but when I applied the code, I didn't get any discount. I didn't proceed with the purchase.

Actually I didn't even know I was doing it, I'm just used to pushing every button to see what happens. @Jason Stone (Logos) is there someone at Logos who could tell us us why our voucher isn't working.
And yet I only got the email two days ago. Hmm - timing way off fore FL. Wouldn't ya think?
I received a reply from cs@logos telling me my voucher was now good to go.

Hey Gordon, why don't you give customer support a call on Monday? Tell them you had issues and I'm pretty confident they will give you a code or do it themselves. As you know, they are very accommodating.

I doubt FL employees are following this thread. If they are they can email me the right coupon. It’s a Challenge and I might just find Success 😉 which I haven’t found yet.

They answered me pretty quickly via email. The reply email contained a new, slightly different voucher.

I don't know if this addresses your particular situation, but I recently realised that I had somehow created posts that I didn't want but they wouldn't go away. I found that if I clicked on save draft, then clicked on my picture in the top right and clicked on Drafts in the list that I was presented with a page of these drafts that I could delete by clicking on the X on the right of each entry.
First save the errant thing as a draft, then click on your account icon, then on drafts
Then, in the drafts page, the X will be on the right
It possibly only shows here after you have saved the errant post as a draft by clicking in save draft. If you have already clicked save post it may be too late for that one.
This is what I see.
It's not bookmarks, it's drafts. So if you accidentally create a message that you don't want to post but it won't go away instead of clicking post comment you click save draft. Then you can click on your account icon in the top right and then click on " drafts". There you should see a list of the drafts that you have saved which have an X on the right which deletes the draft when you click on it.
The drafts only show up in "drafts" once you have saved them as a draft instead of posting them.
I had the same experience - and the offer specifically said $10 off any purchase of any amount - with a list of exceptions that didn't apply to the $18 book I wanted for $8. So I called sales, they saw the book in my cart and ran the purchase for me, for $8. Sounds like the code was busted.
It sure seems more and more ppl are experiencing the same. Well, in time, FL will get this fixed. Enjoy that purchase!
Same thing happened to me. I'll try getting help next week when they're open, but it's frustrating to get an offer that doesn't work. They've always been good to work with, so hopefully it won't be a hassle.
Yup. One reason to call sales - aside from the fact that it solves the problem for the user who calls - is that if sales is inundated with calls to honor a discount code that doesn't work, somebody will get the word to the folks that can fix the link.

Still not working for me @Jason Stone (Logos) and I did receive an email with the voucher code. I've sent an email to customer service earlier today and am awaiting a reply.
for me it was straightforward, no questions asked, just a reply saying I was good to go.
The code from the email worked for me now and deducted $10 from my order volume.
