30% First New 2024 Package
When I select a new 2024 package on Logos it does not give me the 30% discount (it does 15%), but on Verbum it does. I haven’t purchased a package yet (at least that I recall). Is this an error?

There are no 2024 libraries only 2025 libraries 😉 If you purchased even the smallest library you get 30% off that and only 15% off the ones after that. Verbum just launched so if you haven’t purchased a verbum 2025 library you will get 30% off.
FYI: When the new denominational libraries come out you’ll also get 30% off your first denominational library.
Check your order history to see if you already purchased a 2025 library, if you haven’t, call a sales rep. Remember, you need to be a subscriber to be able to purchase a 2025 library.

I guess I'm wanting to be stuck in 2024 :P
I purchased something called "Bronze 2024 Library" on October 1st. I don't recall ever buying any of the newest libraries though. I don't recall if the new 2025 Libraries were available on Oct 1st and searching for "Bronze 2024 Library" doesn't yield anything on Logos.com. So was the Library I purchased on October 1st a 2025 Library? A Logos 10 Library? Does this 2024 Library I seem to have purchase even exist? I confused as to what I'm missing. Maybe that was a 2025 Library? I'm perplexed.0 -
This was my last purchase with "Library" in the title, and it doesn't provide a link to see what it actually was.

If you click the link on the upper right of your image you will see the details of the purchase In this case, your order #33724425

Yeah I understand that, just in this case it doesn't actually tell me anything (it does list the individual price of each line item, but doesn't tell me anything else that's not on the screenshot). In this case, I searched Logos.com for "Bronze 2024 Library" and turned up nothing. Maybe the 2024 Library that is shown as having been purchased is actually the 2025 Bronze Library.
If the 2025 Libraries were available on October 1st, I'm going to chalk it up to I purchased a 2025 Library at that time, but I certainly don't recall buying on of the new libraries… in fact I remember being underwhelmed when I saw them for the first time.0 -
According to Wayback Machine, the new Libraries were not available 10/1

It appears The Final Countdown sale was still going on then. So I'm at a loss as to what I actually purchased on 10/1.0 -
But you do get the price you paid and might be able to determine the discount. I suspect the Logos team can provide the best answer

I get what you're saying, but my point is, this was purchased before the release of the new Logos packages… so my 30% should not have applied. I've never purchased one of the new libraries that came out in November (this purchase was in October).
But I agree, it would seem only someone from Logos can answer the question. Until then I'll just wait to pull the trigger on the package I'm considering… which is probably for the better, I'm sure I won't want it by Monday.0 -
Frank, this sounds like a bug. To offer some clarity, some 2025 libraries were more or less complete in October and available for purchase to those who knew where to look (not advertised). But they were called 2024 libraries instead of 2025 libraries. I would be curious to know what percentage of the Bronze 2025 Standard Library you currently own, considering you bought the Bronze 2024 Library. To be clear, the 2024 Libraries did not come with a 30% discount, so there is no reason why making that purchase should disqualify you from the current 30% discount offering. Being as this is likely a bug, making the purchase over the phone where they would be able to manually apply the 30% discount may be your best option.

Certainly… Thanks Aaron. And I own the entire Bronze 2025 Library, so that may be where the mix-up is… but I don't believe I got 30% off.
