How do you keep an easily accessible record of your opinions of books?

I'm new to Logos and realised that I see many books but in a shallow method. I want a quick way to write an opinion about the book that I can easily glimpse the next time I see the book in one of my search functions.
When I use physical books, I can write a short opinion on the cover page. e.g. Heartwarming, Excellent, good, bad, obscure. Sometimes I write a short summary. "Author uses many good analogies but …"

What would you suggest I record my opinion of books in a way that is easily accessible?

You can rate each book from 1-5 stars, which is visible as you browse books from your library. You can also sort by rating. Additionally, I might recommend opening the book and attaching a note to its title. Here you could write as much or as little as you like. This would be similar to writing an opinion on the cover page of a physical book.

In the info pane for the book, you can add tags. You can have these display in your library pane and you can type something like mytag:heartwarming to find all of the books you have marked in that way. This can be combined with other filters like mytag:heartwarming author:swindoll.

You can also create a notebook dedicated to your reviews and create a single note per book to write the review. This will show in a "Docs" search. I'd suggest using a dedicated icon and putting it next to the title on the title page so that it is the first thing you see if you open the book at that spot. Or you can put it at the table of contents or the first chapter, wherever you think it'd be the most useful to you.
