Can't find a resource I own in my library

If I search my library for "IVP Bible Background Commentary" or just "Bible Background Commentary" the IVP Bible Background Commentary isn't in the list. And yet the Logos website says I own the volumes. Any idea what's going on?

    The screenshot you have included does not point to a specific resource, but to a set of two resources. Try searching for these resources individually:

    That didn't work either, but when I put the title in quotes, it worked. Go figure.

    And typing in IVPBBC worked.

    I'm thinking this is an error. Note the full title doesn't appear. I'll report this (once I figure who to report it to).
