I have clicked on the order number when I first downloaded Logos Bible 9 basic but there is no option to re install? Any assistance is appreciated.

I ran into this issue with Monterey that is no longer supported with the recent Logos releases. In many instances you can extend the life of your Mac by using open core patching. For instance, I found that a 2017 Mac can run Sequoia. I would not suggest trying to go beyond Sequoia but Logos will be happy with Sequoia or perhaps Sonoma for the near future.

The videos I have seen show it under the formatting ribbon at the top of BDAG, but when I check my Mac I see the formatting ribbon, but the reformat option does not exist. Just recently - I'm guessing after an update - I started getting a desktop popup that says "Highlight Added." When it pops up, it stays up for a good 30 seconds before disappearing.
