Issue with Logos Resource (Unseen Realm Expanded Edition)
About an hour ago, I found this resource up for Pre-Order. The digital was $4.99 and Hardcover $24.99. I preordered the digital but it won't allow me to preorder the hardcover (greyed out). Now the digital option is gone and the hardcover went up to $29.99 but it is still greyed out for me. I want to preorder the hardcover too but I cannot figure out how to.
I did try contacting CS via email but they provided no help.

Interesting observation! I have never seen Faithlife sell a hardcover (non-digital) book.

If you go to Lexham Press, part of Logos, I believe all of these books are also available in either paperback or hardcover format, in addition to digital format.

Most of their Lexham Press titles are available in print.
I pre-ordered it at $4.99, and it still shows up in my order history. But the book page doesn't even show that a Logos edition is available anymore.
They may have taken it down to make some changes? I wonder if $4.99 was a mistake for the pricing.

It is available to pre-order on Amazon for $5.00 more.
I thought the same - the Logos version was instabuy as soon as I saw it, and I also would have liked a print copy, but there was no option to do both. I figured it was just a temporary hiccup.

For the OP, I found this just now on Facebook that might provide some added info. So this book is NOT the Handbook that was talked about last year - this is just all the notes from the website added to the book (and I'm glad they did that… there are some fantastic and lengthy notes there). Though I can't seem to replicate the $24.99 preorder price.

Excellent. Thank you for that post. I had to dig to find it in the group so I must have missed that. I had to chat with CS (instead of email) and Carla fixed it for me. She is awesome. I now have a PrePub in place for the hardcover and the digital though I can't find the digital on the Logos website anymore as when I click on it, it takes me to a greyed out hardcover. It says Q4-2025 so who knows what might change. :)
