I don't know but I think it happened to everyone.  I spent about 20 minutes finding all my preferred resources again.

It's happened to at least a few of us. There's nothing in the release notes about it and there's been no response, that I can remember, from Logos.

My guess is that it has something to do with the new ability to synchronise prioritised resources or with the ability to set advanced priortisation.

I've lost mine also and they have been replaced by the following:

Since this is still a beta I expect this sort of thing to occur. If it was an RC I would be more concerned..at the moments is one of those things that can happen.

Also I have lost lectionary from the home page... a restart of L4 has so far not returned the lectionary to home page...resources though are still in the library.

I don't think this was supposed to happen, but sometimes there are unanticipated side-effects of the changes in the beta. (This was probably a result of enabling synchronisation of resource priority.) My guess is that the developer who worked on this probably had a very small number of prioritised resources and perhaps didn't notice that they were cleared. (Or perhaps was repeatedly clearing and re-setting them to test the sync, and didn't notice when they initially disappeared.)

We do apologise for the inconvenience; if we had realised before releasing Beta 3 that resource priority would be cleared, we would have put it in the Release Notes so you could at least take a screenshot of the current setup to help recreate it more easily. (That is, if we couldn't have fixed it so that they weren't cleared at all.)

Thats OK with me. We were warned about this as a danger for the beta program. But If you want to make it up to us I won't stop you.... :-)

It's great that resource synchronization may be enabled (haven't tested it yet). BTW, my shortcuts (next to the command bar) all went away too (I only had 3).

But this makes me think of something I'd like to see: backup/restore of settings/changes to some local file/directory. Will this be possible in a future release?
