Crazy output after Update

Hi. We love to use a different aspect ratio for our middle projector. 21:9 or the 16:9 Double Wide. After we closed the software yesterday and it updated the only image we can get to display on our centre is 16:9. Anything else just displays like static or a jumble of many slides. Please advice.

That sounds odd! Can you take some pictures or screenshots of what you are seeing so we can understand better? I just tried it out on my Proclaim on Mac and it seems to be working.

How are you connected to your projector ?

I spoke to support today and sent a Log file. They also sent me the previous version of ProClaim and then everything works fine. The Problem occurs the moment the update runs. Running Mac Into a Blackmagic Due Link 2 with 4 SDI Outs

Tovi, I was able to reproduce today at my own church. It happens on 4.8 but works fine on 4.7 (as you have already discovered.)

We will work on a fix! Thank-you for bringing it to our attention and sorry for the rigamarole

@Tovi Delport we just shipped a new version, 4.8.0.0154, that fixes the garbled output you were seeing! You should be free to let you Proclaim update to the latest version. Thank-you for bringing this to our attention and sorry for the inconvience.
