Did you cancel your subscription to sign up for a two-year subscription plan, perhaps? The perk only goes back as far as your most recent subscription, not including any months in which you were subscribed to a previous plan. If this happened due to confusion or a misunderstanding (which would be understandable), I would reach out to customer service and ask for an exception to be made.
nope, been subscribed since it all started with Pro back on 3/7/2024. Just dumped my order history and sent that to them. With all the money I have spent on Logos over the years I cannot believe how this is going. I am by no means greedy, but when you support a company even when you don't necessarily agree with the direction expecting a certain benefit…
Is there a way to determine if we've used it yet? Mine is three whole dollars, and I'm over 60 and male. That means I don't remember what I had for breakfast this morning, much less if I used a coupon in the last couple months.
Eating a steady diet of government cheese, and living in a van down by the river.
I don't see courses mentioned in the exclusions, so the coupon should apply to them. Logos may have to confirm, though.
The coupon is single use; have you used any portion of it previously?
