Yep unfortunately… I wish it could just be a credit added to our account. The good news is March Madness or whatever they call it is coming up. You have until May 11 to use it. I got mine via email.

(I should thank Logos for funding the purchase of my 2025 libraries. Between the $25.00 credit I won at the webinar last week and the reward coupon just now, I was able to buy all the libraries I wanted, and I spent less than $15.00. I almost feel like a thief 🫢😅)

I expected more. But I changed subscriptions by adding one year. And I guess that restarts the counter. But I'm thankful for what I got.

I'm a subscriber per gift. But I have not got a 5% reward. I guess the system has to be adjusted as my profile also not saying I'm on a subscription, but I am.

I would recommend calling customer service for clarity. Numerous questions arise, foremost among them being which subscription you were gifted (Premium subscribers do not receive this particular perk).

I am confused. I signed up for the subscription service first day it was announced, and transitioned to Max first day it was available.
I spent ~$16,000 in 2024 and I get a $5 coupon??

Did you cancel your subscription to sign up for a two-year subscription plan, perhaps? The perk only goes back as far as your most recent subscription, not including any months in which you were subscribed to a previous plan. If this happened due to confusion or a misunderstanding (which would be understandable), I would reach out to customer service and ask for an exception to be made.

nope, been subscribed since it all started with Pro back on 3/7/2024. Just dumped my order history and sent that to them. With all the money I have spent on Logos over the years I cannot believe how this is going. I am by no means greedy, but when you support a company even when you don't necessarily agree with the direction expecting a certain benefit…
