Shiloh and taxes?

I'm probably missing something simple. If I click "Shiloh" in my Bible to activate the "Info" panel with it, the display first shows me the topic of "Tribute". The AYBD has an article on Shiloh and this article does not mention tribute or taxes. It also has an article on Taxes and taxation, but this article does not mention Shiloh.

If I use the Factbook and start typing "Shiloh" in the field to look it up, "Tribute" is listed right below it.

Please help me understand what's going on here.

I get the same result for Shiloh in HCBDRU (HarperCollins), my #1 Bible Dictionary.

Ephraim brings up a Definition of "Israelites" but it brings up "Ephraim" in AYBD (when made #1).

It is too early for me to figure this out!

Thanks, guys. I can see there's debate about the expression in Gen. 49, and debate about Shiloh itself. It seems maybe things got a little sloppy in the tagging department. But to equate "Shiloh" with "tribute" because of Gen 49:10 is akin to equate "cow" with eternity because of the expression, "Until the cows come home".
