The morphology code translation does not appear in all interlinears.
Septuagint with Logos Morphology:
Lexham Greek-English Interlinear Septuagint
I get a popup provided you hover over the (Greek) manuscript! It works similarly in the Logos LXX to get the Greek morphology popup, but you have to hover over the Hebrew morphology to get its translation.

I found that in both examples, the borders of the area in which you hover to be somewhat odd i.e. not what I expected based on other sources.
Update: This is by design. All of the non-top line data (lemmas, morph data type references) in the LLXXI are attached to the top line. The morph line, then, is really just display only and serves almost no other purpose.
