Dashboard question

Is it possible to take an item from my Documents folder and make it a card on my Dashboard? I want to place a Reading Plan on my dashboard, but every time I attempt to do so, it places a completely new reading plan. I want to place one that I previously created as a card to have immediate access when I open my Logos software to the dashboard.

    If you click the + sign you should be able to add an existing Reading Plan as a card
