How to remove the title at the top of every page

How could I remove the title at the top of every page? In recent years the title of the book was added at the top of every page. This is not necessary. Most importantly, for me, very often I like to use a functionality on my iPhone that reads the text on the screen audibly. I use this to have Logos books (or any other digital books or texts) read to me as if it were an audiobook. But since Logos added the title of the book at the top of every page, the title gets read every time a page is turned. Sometimes the title is very long, too! This gets quite annoying after a while, and makes me hesitant to buy Logos books, especially if other apps (such as Kindle) don't have the title on every page.
