This was noted early on. Back in 2023, he reached out and informed them of what he is doing, asked for permission, and offered to take the notes down if objected to. I don't think he has heard back a definitive answer.

I contacted them multiple times in 2023 and was assured they’d follow up if there was a problem. Since I haven’t heard back, I’m assuming there’s no issue.

You’ve been down this road before and done what you needed to do. These notes are freely available online and aren’t sold in any books. Even the LSB bit doesn’t contain these notes nor does the study bible.
I appreciate your work and thank you for it. If a Faithlife employee has concerns, I’m sure they still contact you privately.
