Help! Sync issues and having to force the Logos Bible application to close.

Hello! I've noticed Logos continually syncing (spinning sync icon) on multiple occasions without generating the red error symbol.

Upon closing the app, the Sync window appeared and did not disappear until I clicked "Exit Now". On the most recent occasions, "Exit Now" did not work, and I had to force close the program. I have tried multiple things, including logging out and logging back in, repairing sync, uninstalling Logos and re-installing, and getting rid of my antivirus software.

My computer is a MacBook Pro (M2). The macOS is Sequoia 15.3.1. I have Logos 10 with 40.1.10 software.

Same thing happening to me now, Windows 10.
Logos won't boot up now either. It's frozen, I will have to restart my computer to fix it.

I have been experiencing the same thing. It might be related to the network I am connected to. It never happens to me at home, on our home network. It almost always happens when I am on my church's network. Others experience this at church also, but so far, we have not figured out why.

Is it the same device and the same copy of Logos and same version?
It might have something to do with a cache of some kind. Restarting my computer fixed it both times it happened to me.

I can't edit my comment now that it has been quoted.

Of course, I meant to say that:

These actions may only provide temporary relief.

Yes, same device, same version. But now it is more complicated. This happened today on my home network, which has never posed a problem before. I have no idea why. I see in other comments this is now reported as an issue, so hopefully it will be resolved soon. Thanks.

It is a problem, though, because while I prepare sermons on a laptop, I preach from an iPad, and if content isn't syncing across devices, I'm not sure what to do for Sunday. Any updates on this?

Not sure if it is the same issue but I suspect that it might be:

I noticed indeed that the sync dialog when closing Logos takes longer. The last couple times that I clicked on the dialog's "exit now" button, the following attempt to start Logos froze. I had to go in task manager to shut down all the CEF processes before I could get into Logos. Windows 11, Desktop 40.1.10, logs attached.
