Access to features away from home

Several questions:

I can be away from home and on a restaurant's WiFi but Fact Book doesn't work, searches are limited and I can't get to some of my books.
Is there a list comparing features on Desktop not available or limited on Mobile Apps

If I go to the Web App - I have the same question; is there a list of features available on the Desktop not available on the Web App.

I would like to know what I can and cannot expect when I am away from my desktop.

    So long as books are downloaded to your local device they can be accessed when offline

    Or did you mean something different?
