Checking expected behaviour of Search when used as a double-click option

This is with Logos 41.0 beta 1 (although it's not something that has been introduced in this beta.
I have a layout with the LEB and SBLGNT as a parallel text on the left and, on the right, a search window where I am searching the LEB and I have added the SBLGNT as an additional display version. I have configured the search panel to Send searches here.
If I right-click a word in the LEB, select the lemma and run a Bible search the search panel is updated and both versions are still shown.
I have configured my Double-Click action in Program Settings to run a Search and when I double-click a word it triggers a search but the additional version is removed
I would have expected this to behave in the same way as the earlier search.
Is there a bug here or is it intended to operate in this way?
Thanks, Graham

That is odd. I can replicate the same behaviour with SBLGNT, but if I change to another Greek text like the NA28, it performs as I would expect.

That is interesting - thanks @Donovan R. Palmer

It seems to be a "feature" of Prefer Lemmas - the additional version is restored when I switch back to NO for the Surface word (I use Triple click for Search).

That's interesting - thanks @Dave Hooton
It will be interesting to see if the Logos team see this as a bug or if it is intended to work this way.

One person's bug is sometimes another person's feature!
I encountered this yesterday. I prefer to use shift + click to pop out a lot of resources. Panels crammed with tabs are cognitively heavy. Yet shift + click in some parts of Logos is designed to do different things. I deem it as a bug in what I want to do, but others see it as more desirable!
