What specifically is not syncing?
What version of the Logos app are you running and on which platform?
Do you get any error indictation in the sync wheel in the program toolbar?

How do you set up Retagger? I understand that you need information about my computer, server, and other details. Can you provide a step-by-step guide? I have some knowledge but often find myself getting lost and confused. I've already watched tutorials on YouTube and from Logos, but I still struggle. Thank you!

Perhaps I'm doing something wrong. I want the "landing page" to update to the correct day of the month. I click on the "landing page" image in the top left (just under that Logos icon) but it doesn't update to the correct date. The only way I can get it to do so is to close the program and restart it. Suggestions?
