Has anyone else had a problem with Logos losing reading plans?

Every time this year that I have started the M'Cheyne reading plan, once I close the app on my ipad or pc it loses the plan so that I need to remake it. If I open the document, it says the document is still synchronizing and tries to refresh. It then says it doesn't exist.

Took a look - it was customizations I had made to the Bible Reading Plan layout. I reset it to the default from the layouts panel, and then it seemed to start working (not sure if coincidental).

I reported what sounds like a similar issue that was happening to me here:

I did eventually manage to get one created, but it took a lot of monkeying around. There's definitely an issue here. I did have a custom layout that was loading when I was opening my reading plan that showed the plan. I think I may have resolved the issue by clearing that out and resetting to the default but not sure (also not sure how I created that custom layout lol).

I found what you are talking about in the layouts, how it shows as custom. I don't remember having this problem in the last several years, but I will try that out.

I have had some success with changing the custom layout. But, I have it saved back to a custom layout just to try it out and it seems to be working across devices. Not sure what happened there.
