Logos Desktop App running slow after latest update?

Hi everyone,
I’ve been using Logos on my Windows laptop for quite a while with no issues, but after the most recent update, the app seems noticeably slower—especially when loading larger resources or switching between tabs.
Is anyone else experiencing this? I already tried restarting my computer and disabling background indexing, but the lag is still there. Not sure if it’s my system or the update itself.
Thanks for any help!

I'm not having a problem. What operating system are you on? There have been a few others reporting a problem.

Things have been seeming slower on my Mac recently as well. I'm not sure exactly when it started, though. I was worried I caused it to start happening while working through some of the MP Seminars training but haven't gotten around to digging further.

Logos Version 40 was quite slow on the Mac OS with more beachballs than I had seen in years. However, version 41—now in Beta—shows a marked improvement in speed. This should be released in the stable version shortly.

@Jack Caviness - Thanks - I bumped up to the beta channel, and everything seems back to normal again!

Thanks for the replies, everyone! I'm running Windows 10 on my laptop, and it's strange because I didn’t face any performance issues before the recent update. It’s good to hear it’s not just me, though! I’ll keep an eye out for any new updates or patches. Hopefully, a similar fix to what was mentioned for Mac in version 41 will come for Windows as well. In the meantime, I might try reinstalling the app or clearing its cache to see if that helps.
