From the Logos 41.0 Beta 3 update:

Keyboard shortcuts for passage block insertion have been updated to avoid interrupting text entry. Use CMD + Enter on Mac and ALT + Enter to create a passage block from a reference. More details here

Hopefully self-explanatory. When I type Alt + Enter to create the passage block, it makes the annoying Windows warning sound like something is wrong. Please fix!
