Why can't I see videos in OT101 Introducing the Old Testament: Its Structure and Story?

I cannot see the videos in OT101 Introducing the Old Testament: Its Structure and Story.

the timeline shows the video is running and I can hear the audio. But no video.

I have tried several videos in the course - same results.

I have relaunched Logos and rebooted Windows 11. Same results.

I turned off McAfee VPN. Same results.

[edit] I cannot see video in any of the courses.

    Did you know you can also view the videos at FaithlifeTV? You'll need to search by the course name as for whatever reason there's no way to only view what courses you own. If you have a Roku TV you can also add the Faithlife TV app to it and watch them on your TV.

    But to view them in the desktop app, under Program Settings, you can try changing this to YES.

    You'll probably have to restart Logos.

    I've always preferred this set to NO because in my experience, Logos runs smoother and faster.

    Thanks. Hardware acceleration. The version 41 update really messed up a bunch of my program settings.
