What is the sort order for Notebooks and Layouts?

I want to create some notebooks and layouts based on each of the books of the Bible. I will number them from 1 to 66 but I want them to show at the top of my list. I already have some that start with 0 (zero). How can I do that so that Genesis is at the top, then Exodus, etc.? What is the order in which Logos sorts these?

    NoteBooks are sorted alphabetically in the Notebooks sidebar but are sorted by number of notes in Filters sidebar.

    00 Genesis will ensure it does not get sorted with others that start with 0 e.g. it sorts below 0-Genesis and 0 Genesis

    Saved Layouts are also alpha sorted, so I imagine the number prefix will work the same.
