Our church is new to Proclaim, and although the syncing incident yesterday did not affect us, it makes me very nervous that there was zero response in this forum to what was clearly an urgent issue affecting multiple users. If that is indicative of the level of support, I will move on to a different product before investing more time and effort into learning the system. Did those with sync issues try the "Report an Issue" feature in the Help menu, and if so, did you get a timely and helpful response?
