Proclaim slides syncing issue.

2 different PCs in the sanctuary this morning can not sync with the Proclaim server.
Anyone else experiencing?
EDIT: Internet is working fine on both computers.

We had the same issue yesterday. Did you hear back from anyone at Proclaim?

No, but, a couple things:
- We discovered there is where you can check their report of their online status real time (https://status.faithlife.com/)
- That status had a question mark after "Proclaim Sync API" with a popup that read "This outage has been resolved. We will continue to monitor". So that made us think there was a real problem with it on their end at some point in the past, anyway.
- We discovered that although there was an alert triangle over the sync status, and it reported that there was an error and it did not sync, it WAS IN FACT SYNCING. We tested this by making a change on one PC and it did actually yes propagate to the other PC. Of course, that was after our service had already ended :)
Makes sense, though, because the changes we worked on from home on Saturday were there in church on Sunday. So they must have synced. Didnt realize this also until after the service.
Later in the day, maybe 2pm, I checked again and the sync was reported as working. Back to green checkmark. Wish you well!
