I wonder if your install failed. Unfortunately, I don't see an obvious way to tell.

@Jin Chul Seo - I'm having the same issue. Max subscription on Windows 11, updated to v41, but on looking at my list of recently updated Datasets, there's nothing to do with the Deuterocanon apart from an NASB dataset. And I've tried with both Reference and Selection.
