Is this essentially a anthology of excerpts or of full texts? I can't tell from Amazon.

This is 760+ pages primarily full text edited from complete works. However not everything could be included. i.e. Dead Sea Scrolls is not and could not be presented in anything short of a collection of books. This is a collection of the complete works as for Apocrophia/Pseudepigrapha Many Gnostic Gospels (excludes Thomas). The Gnostic text are assorted, againt though edited, the major works are complete. The Gnostic/Wisdom text collection is way to large for one volume, Just the works of JUSTIN would take at least one book. The Gnostic text are still very well covered.

For an inexpensive collection of works it can not be beat.
