Reftagger is not triggered within elements of my page : ( — what to-do?

Reftagger works on my page but not in an accordian pageblock in Snappages.

https://ccleb.com/bible-reading-plans is our page. I have added a Easter and Christmas reading plan and those do not have the tooltip : (

Any ideas on how to force a popup in a sub page area ? thank you for considering my request all

    I do see that RefTagger is working appropriately for me on your page. I am using Chrome browser.

    I should have kept reading! I'm sorry.

    It does not appear to work in the accordion widget, likely because it is an HTML widget itself. I would suggest pulling the verses out of the accordion and displaying them as you are doing above.
