How to resolve snycing issue

We keep getting an error message when Proclaim tries to sync.

    Could you use the help menu to submit your logs? (The 'report an issue' button) and our CS team will review ad get back to you.

    I was able to uninstall and reinstall Proclaim, and the syncing error has stopped for now. Thank you
