Cannot add Public Documents

I'm trying to add documents that are made available public in the documents tool. However, when I select the document in question then click "Add to your docs" the tool seems to do something, but in reality, it does not. The document is not added to my library, nor can I open it.

The UI for public documents is a bit non-intuitive. When you ask the Public tab to add a document, it will subsequently be found in the Yours tab of the documents (not the library)

It's even worse, I'm afraid, for shared items that aren't documents:

    • Resource Collections will be found in the Collections tool in the Tools menu. (If you own any books in those collections, you will also see them in the Library's facet sidebar.)
    • Highlighting palettes will appear in the Highlighting tool in the Tools menu.
    • Guides and Workflows will be found in the Guides/Workflows menu and "Custom".

Sorry, but that's not it. It's literally not working. I tried to add a public notebook to my documents, and it does not appear ANYWHERE. YOu can try it yourself if you want. its the notebook titled ESV Text Changes. It does NOT show up anywhere when I choose to add it to my docs.

This notebook was giving me trouble as well. After restarting Logos, I tried adding it again in addition to another notebook titled "Changes from ESV 2011 to ESV 2016", after which both notebooks appeared in my documents.

I don't know why. I tried several times over the course of several days. But it finally appeared just now only AFTER adding another public notebook AND restarting Logos. then they both appeared.

I'm having the same problem. I click "add to your docs." Then I go to Yours and there is nothing there.

What document did you try to add. They don't always show up in "Your Docs"

I don't know much more, but I went to My Documents and made it Private (it came across as Shared 1 group), deleted the Shared version, and then changed the name in Notes by deleting the suffix (2).
