All images missing in Alfred Hitchcock All the Films

I just bought the book which is on sale as I saw all the images it contains in the Amazon reviews.

Alfred Hitchcock All the Films: The Story Behind Every Movie, Episode, and Short General Ebooks

Also many of the written reviews praise how richly illustrated the book is, and that it contains images of all of Hitchcock's movie posters.

To my surprise, the FLEB edition contains not a single image (besides the cover image.)

Is there an issue in the conversion process that has caused the loss of the images?

    I almost bought this book. Now I'm glad I didn't, because I would not want it without the images in it.

    It's still good without the images. I'm probably gonna keep it, even if the images can't be restored. But someone purchasing it at full price, which was more than $40 iirc, would probably be a lot more disappointed.

    After reviewing further, it does appear that the publisher has chosen not to include images on digital editions (Faithlife eBooks and Kindle included).

    Hey @Faithlife, so in view of the above, perhaps in those cases, that's something that should be pointed out to the buyer when they make their purchase? Just so they have the option not to if it's really important to them? 👍️
