Logos suddenly started freezing for a few seconds every few minutes

I have used Logos for about five months now for my weekly sermon writing, but in the past week, the software has been freezing up for a few seconds while typing. Task Manager is revealing that at random intervals, Logos is jumping to use more than a gigabyte of RAM, but I am not sure what is causing this. Restarting my computer works sometimes, but it is a temporary solution at best. It is not the end of the world, but it is certainly annoying, so if anyone can provide some advice that would be greatly appreciated!

    "If you have been experiencing higher than expected memory usage over time with Logos, can you please try entering the following command in the command box and selecting the corresponding option: set accessibility to no

    You will then need to restart the application."
