Add a Confidence Monitor Item to display the key of a song on the confidence monitor

When using number charts for chords on the confidence monitor, or lettered (key-specific) chords too, it would be nice to have a way to display the key of the song on every slide of the confidence monitor so guitarists playing with a capo know what fret to place their capo on and other instrumentalists have a quick way to verify the key they should be playing in.
