The Spurgeon Commentary Set on Jonah and Song of Solomon that's up for prepub is listed at $26.99 (there is no dynamic pricing on it since neither resource is available yet), but apparently each volume will be available separately for $9.99? I'm assuming the prepub price should have maybe been $16.99? Why would anyone buy the set at the current price and pay $7.01 more than buying the individual volumes?

"Individual products included in this collection are currently sale priced. Purchasing the individual volumes in this collection may be more cost effective than purchasing the collection itself."

This is their default answer, even when the items in the collection are not actually on sale, nor do they appear to be purchasable individually.

Examples like this are brought up regularly, but always given the same answer, which is always frustrating because it makes you feel like they didn't even bother to look at what you said.

I'd be curious, what if you e-mailed CS and said you wanted to preorder each of those volumes individually at $9.99 each?
