Trying to add a public document is not working

When I try to add a public notebook to my Logos Documents, it says adding to your library and then disappears with no notebook added. Trying to add the notebook at this link. I'm really struggling with the most recent updates, heavy impacts on my workflow and functionality of the software.

I seem to still have the same issue. It's like it's not syncing? I went to the link and looked at 'my documents'; the document is on the web side but not in my library…. 🤫

@Trey Boden - I followed Aaron's steps in this comment online, clicking the blue action button in the corner and then clicking connect/disconnect. Then App Library would Sync.
