The Help Center is really great for this kind of question. That's the circled question mark button in the application toolbar. You can ask it something like where is the command box and it will point you in the right direction.

That said, you can click on the Logos (or Verbum) icon in the upper left corner of the application toolbar to go the the command box. It may or may not already be visible depending on your application toolbar settings.

If the @ symbol doesn't work you can click on the little quote symbol next to the line below the name and it quotes them, and should alert them that you mentioned them.
