Digital Signage on Toshiba Fire TV crashing out of app

Hi, we're trying to use the Digital Signage app on our Toshiba Fire TVs today, and the app is crashing out to the Fire TV home screen as soon as the app loads. We have multiple TVs of the same model, and they're all behaving exactly the same way. All the TVs were working absolutely fine yesterday and have been for months, so I don't know if there's been a new app version released overnight for this to happen when we've switched them on today? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to no avail. Could someone shed some light on this please? We have a Fire TV Stick attached to one of our TVs, and that seems to be working fine.

We are having the same issue this morning. Ours in on a hisense google TV with an Amazon Firestick. We also have an older Samsung TV (not smart) with the firestick and it's working fine.

Yes, please help. The issue just started about 2 days ago, May 13, 2025 at our church. We use several Firesticks and it's only affected two of the five. Most of the time Signage doesn't even load. If it does load, it quickly goes back to the Firestick home screen. I've tried restarting the stick, unplugging it overnight and nothing seems to help.

Having the same issues with our Amazon Fire Sticks on multiple brands of TVs today. If I get it to connect it drops after 1 or 2 slides.

We're having the same issue. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. It won't open at all now.
