NDI and Windows Firewall issue?

Good morning! We're encountering a unique issue with Proclaim that we've not been able to figure out. We have Proclaim sending a display to OBS on another computer for streaming via the built-in NDI display capability. We've tried to let all Proclaim and NDI elements through Windows Firewall both incoming and outgoing, but whenever we turn on Windows Firewall on the computer with Proclaim, it somehow blocks the outgoing send to OBS on the streaming PC. The only thing that we've found that allows it to function is turning Windows Firewall off, which isn't safe, but we can't seem to figure out what program element, service, etc., that we're missing that's preventing the display from getting through Windows Firewall.

If any of y'all have encountered a similar situation and could offer any guidance, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance to everyone who took the time to read this, and to anyone who may be willing and able to help out!

Is Windows set to treat it as a public network? Try switching it to private on both machines and see what happens.

I thought that as well, so both are set to private with file and network discovery enabled, to no avail. I neglected to mention that in my initial post, though, so thank for for the suggestion!
