Aquilina, Mike. The Fathers of the Church. Third Edition. Huntington, IN: Our Sunday Visitor, 2013. was recently released as a readers' edition. However, the links to Schaff's church fathers are garbage - either treated as Biblical texts or not linked. With the references given this is not rocket science to get right.
