Old IVP Bible Background Commentary of the NT

Back a while ago I purchased the new 2nd edition of the IVP Bible Background Commentary of the NT. The Old edition continues to show up in results of various types of inquiries and lists, and as far as I can tell, everything in the old volume is in the 2nd edition along with more, so I don't want or need to see the old edition pop up in results.

To stop this from happening, here is what I've tried:

  1. Change the series name in the info panel for only the OLD volume, because the series is in my prioritized books. It now no longer shows up in the prioritized books.
  2. I hid the OLD resource. This causes it to no longer show up in the library.
  3. Closed and then re-opened Logos.

The OLD IVP Bible Background Commentry still shows up in the Insights panel when clicking on change. It is not in the library, it is not in prioritized books. Clicking on the entry for the OLD volume in the Insights Change panel does still take me to the resource even though it is hidden, but it should not be showing up there at all, nor should it take me to the hidden resource. I've confirmed that it is hidden in Program Settings.

    I have only the 2nd edition. It appears in Insights, along with other commentaries that I prioritize (from high to low), and I cannot get a hidden commentary to appear.

    Are you on MacOS?

    Yes, I'm on a Mac, current Logos version, pro subscription and current OS.

    You have mentioned that it shows up in the results of various types of inquiries and lists, could you give some examples?

    Are there other users reading this who see similar behavior?
