Whenever I search the words of Christ with a Greek lemma, the results are always "no result". For example pater returns no results. "father" in English returns 215 hits. This is a problem. I am running 42.1. Sure would like to clear up this mystery.
Thanks Bradley (not sure if I should praise your memory or your bug-tracking system for recalling that Rosie found this bug 15 years ago…)!
@John Ryan the workaround is not to use the Words-of-Christ search field, but to query for lemma.g:πατήρ INTERSECTS speaker:Jesus which does work and gives nearly 200 verses.
I can confirm this and I think it's a bug. The issue seems to be with the Words-of-Christ search field, that seems to preclude finding the lemma even though it's in the reverse interlinear data (and is clearly found when searching "All Bible Text" instead of WoC). By the way, it's the same in NIV 2011 as in NKJV - EDIT running 42.0.407 on Win 11.
The "Words of Christ" field is only applied to text in the Bible itself, not to any data included from a reverse interlinear.
It's a bug that the Search UI lets you select this (inapplicable) field for a lemma search.

I sort of rediscovered the Information tool and am just sort of messing with it. Most of it is clear, but I have a question about the "Translation" part that can be in the Information tool. Specifically, is there a way to set the translation versions listed? Thank you for any help anyone is able to provide. Kristin
I am trying to highlight all instances of a specific word, which is turning into more of a production than it should be. The first reason is because when I try to select the word, it normally auto-selects the entire verse or sometimes even a few verses, and then I have to click a way and try to get rid of the selection…
@Rick Mansfield (Logos) Do you know if Logos has any plans to produce this resource or not? The first 3 volumes are great but they refer and point to material in the 4th volume… it is like having a commentary point to excurses you cannot access. It is frustrating and has been in PrePub since 2023… why it is even a PrePub…
I ocassionally find in my ESV that, years ago, I highlighted large body of text. I have no idea why. For example, I have no idea why I highlighted in blue, 10-15 verses in 2 Kings. But there it is. How do I find out what note that blue highlight is connected to? It is so annoying. I want to delete the highlighting. How do…
