I have suddenly started having trouble uploading videos to Proclaim - is this a bug in the new updates?
They are no more than 40MB and standard mp4 files so nothing unusual in the format.
Thanks
I've just uploaded a video that's being used in the service tomorrow. Initially it failed, but after clicking on 'Retry', it worked a treat. I then fired up the spare machine I have; the video is all good on that as well. So not sure what is technically going on.
I am unable to upload a video also. 42.5MB and mp4. It just spins and never gets to a place where it fails. I've retried it many times. Was there a work around or a resolution for this issue?
I am having an issue on our laptop that we use when we hold services in the park that is adjacent to our building. I hadn't been having an issue on my personal computer — but that one is dead now — perhaps the answer lays in the computer architecture? I have attached logs to see if that will help
I transferred the file to our presentation computer in the booth via Chrome Remote desktop and it uploaded without a hitch
Proclaim hangs every time I add "content". It hangs randomly from 1-10 seconds each time. The strange thing is that it does not hang when I duplicate a slide or add a Bible slide. Just the "content" slide. I am using a Macbook Pro M4 OS 15.5. I am on Proclaim 4.11.0.0158.
I am trying to upload video files into proclaim that are all under 600mb and in .mp4 format, I'm running MacOS and the latest version of proclaim, i was uploading videos and suddenly it was like a limit of videos to upload in one day was put on, it just says failure to open file for upload. I've tried several other videos,…
I am the team leader for the AV team at Monterey Baptist Church in Albuquerque. We use Proclaim software with Epiphan Video Pearl Mini to stream our Sunday morning service. I would like to meet with someone from any Albuquerque churches that are using proclaim, so that I can see how they are using in it. The number of…
We are evaluating Proclaim as we use Easy Worship right now and its not very multi-user friendly like Proclaim seems to be. I do have a few questions for those that use it. When you use NDI to put things on your live stream, are you breaking up the Chorus/Verse songs up so that only 2 or 3 lines show up on the stream? We…
I'm not sure I understand why the log-in procedure needed to change and seems more time-consuming than previously. Regardless, when I have logged out of proclaim, why does the next person who opens the program have an option to "authorize" a return to my log-in?
