Hi, I noticed that the payment plan option is no longer available at checkout. Has this feature been removed, or is there an issue with my account? I’ve used payment plans in the past and found them very helpful. Can you let me know if this option will be returning, or if there’s another way to set up a payment plan? Thank you!

From memory, payment plans are only available above a certain order value.

Might that explain what you are seeing?
