Subscription Model that Permits Temporary Use of Books

In this new era of subscription models, it would be helpful to have a subscription that allows users to “check-out” books for a temporary loan, similar to a traditional library. My thought is that either the temporary loan structure could be built into the current subscription models or a separate subscription plan could be added that would permit users to request a temporary loan of a limited number of books. Additionally, the restriction would be on the number of books that could be temporarily loaned, not the particular book.

Thanks in advance for considering this suggestion.

That would be a major improvement over the current flakey subscription.

I'm not at subscriber now, but if Logos offered this, I probably would be.

Allow loans to be builtin. Then you only loan books as needed without a pre-paid limit. Some restrictions might be included to protect both FL and yourself e.g. what books can be loaned and how many you can have on loan at a time.
