Is it possible to change the default file location?

After 13 years of accumulating resources and notes, Logos occupies over 50 GB in C:\Users\[username]\Appdata\Local\Logos. The C drive is getting full and I would like to move stuff over to another internal drive. Is it possible to change the location of Logos files?

Else, is it possible to reduce the amount of space Logos uses, while still keeping all resources available offline? 50 GB seems to be far more than all my resources together.

You don't want any resources to be offline!

One alternative is to move multiple resources to the Cloud by selecting them in Library, right-clicking and selecting Remove from this device. They will be removed from your drive but can be seen in Library as "Not on this device". If you remove several hundred or more you can save more space by reindexing i.e. paste rebuild index in the Command Box.

Another option is to reinstall Logos on the other internal drive (which should be an SSD) using a custom installation. If you have the space you can download all your resources. I can provide more details as you first have to completely uninstall Logos.

You could move the current installation to the internal drive but it is quite technical and could cause problems down the track.

Thank you for your reply! With “offline” I meant: available on the local harddrive of the device; removing recources from the device is an option I would like to avoid.

But doing a custom installation may do the trick. If it involves uninstalling and reinstalling, no problem!

In fact, both internal drives are virtual drives on the same m.2 SSD stick.
