I am unable to play media from the Mobile Ed courses in my subscription - Mac

I am trying to watch the video content from the Mobile Course Bi131 in my app. It says it is "Downloaded" in my library, but when I click on any of the videos, I get a screen similar to the below that has effectively no content - 00.00 / 00.00.

I can watch it using the Logos web app. This is on a new Macbook Air with MacOS 15.5. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

I could watch videos on my side from another course on my Mac after downloading them without issue. Not sure what happened in your case.

Note that you don’t need to download the videos normally to watch a course. Logos will stream them while watching. You can try to remove the download of your videos for this course and see if this helps.
